All of our products are handmade and have a production time of 2-3 weeks.

In the event that your order needs to be customized, we will contact you by email and inform you of special times and the expected time frame for shipping your order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification that should include the order tracking number. Additionally, a post will appear in your order history that includes the order information and tracking number.

If you wish to receive your order faster, please contact us and we will provide you with updated express shipping prices. Express shipments will be handled by DHL.

All shipments are made by air; in this way they are expanding their distribution and exchange coverage with more than 74 countries on the 5 continents of the world.

No changes or returns are accepted, the products are handmade and each product is unique.

The images shown are for reference only. Being handmade products, they will always present variations in texture or color. These variations will be minimal (within the Pantone of the colour offered).

Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects.
